Buyer seeks standby contractors to support the evaluation of public health emergency incident responses. The contractors will develop After Action Reports/Improvement Plans following real-world incidents. Selected contractors will review documentation, gather stakeholder feedback, conduct analyses, and produce reports according to HSEEP guidelines. Up to four contractors will be selected to provide on-demand incident response evaluation services through June 2029.
