Can you tell us more about Recover?
Recover provides effective, accessible, and innovative substance use treatment with a telehealth option. We partner with state and local governments to help combat substance use in their communities.
What challenges or pain points did you have before using Odo?
Responding to RFPs is very time and labor intensive. Many state and local governments are looking for substance use services, but it’s been challenging to keep up with the demand because of the burden of RFPs.
How did Odo help address those problems?
Odo makes it way, way easier to respond to RFPs. Odo pulls out relevant context from our past proposals so we don’t have to rewrite the same information about the company, staff, and past projects. Not only that, Odo is able to identify all the requirements from the RFP and write a response leveraging information from our past proposals. On a recent RFP, it took me only half a day to finalize Odo’s proposal.
What other benefits did you get from using Odo?
Because of the time saving, we are responding to RFPs that we simply couldn’t have before using Odo.
In addition, we experience less organizational disruptions when responding to RFPs. Before Odo, I had to ask my staff to pitch in on various parts of the RFP response, which took time away from their main tasks. Now, my staff can focus on their primary roles instead of answering detailed questions from RFPs.
How do you plan on leveraging Odo in the future?
We’re excited to find even more opportunities and expand our business to other locales using Odo.
