• Five years' experience in Website Design and Content Services
• Compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA)
• Ability to provide evidence of sufficient financial responsibility

• Create and present detailed project plan including schedule, testing plan, and implementation plan
• Develop site design proposal based on collected requirements for County review and approval
• Complete coding for approved site design, ensuring ADA compliance and conducting 508 assessment
• Implement newly redesigned website on a Hosted environment
• Provide training in accordance with approved training plan
• Provide ongoing support and updates as needed
