• Minimum 5 years experience providing economic mobility strategies
• At least one team member with active professional license/certification in economic development and planning

• Create metrics-driven implementation plan with 5-7 core principles
• Conduct SWOT analysis and Five Force Analysis
• Assess current economy by industry cluster
• Identify best-in-class economic mobility strategies
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and public input
• Evaluate Invest Atlanta's toolkit and programs
• Recommend transformative program models
• Align strategy with Mayor's Moving Atlanta Forward Agenda
• Provide progress checks post-strategy implementation
