• Conduct comprehensive economic analyses including SWOT and Five Forces
• Design transformative program models to improve skill sets and match industry needs
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and organize steering committee
• Create metrics-driven implementation plan with 5-7 core principles
• Assess Invest Atlanta's toolkit and identify gaps in economic development services
• Provide recommendations for international competitiveness and resilience strategies
• Align strategy with existing city initiatives and Mayor's agenda
• Identify best-in-class economic mobility strategies and determine viability for Atlanta
• Develop customer service strategies and KPIs for implementation
