• Five years or more experience providing requested services to government and/or utilities
• Authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Valid commercial activity license from City of Philadelphia (if applicable)

• Provide support and maintenance for PGW's internet website
• Support websites developed using Expression Engine CMS
• Work with object-oriented PHP and MySQL databases
• Ensure website security and performance
• Implement updates and new features as required
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues
• Provide regular maintenance and optimization
• Collaborate with PGW staff on website improvements
• Ensure website compliance with accessibility standards
• Provide documentation and training as needed
