Buyer seeks a managed service provider for their public-facing websites. The provider will be responsible for uptime, reliability, functionality, and security. Services include 24/7 monitoring, content management, and technical support. The provider must have experience with Umbraco, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity. The contract is for three years with potential for additional related work through task orders.

• Five years experience in performing requested services within last five years
• Currently responsible for managing and hosting at least three websites
• Five years experience in Umbraco backend and frontend support
• Established infrastructure for 24-hour website monitoring with 1-hour response
• All proposed staff must be W-2 employees of Respondent or sub-consultant
• Respondents and employees must be geographically located within United States

• Manage uptime, reliability, functionality, and security of public-facing websites
• Provide 24-hour website monitoring with 1-hour response to outages
• Support responsive design, high availability, and resilient configurations
• Implement search engine optimization and ADA compliance
• Perform regular updates to frameworks, dependencies, and documentation
• Conduct full audit of deployed architecture
• Manage content updates and format changes
• Support backup and recovery strategy
• Provide Umbraco backend and frontend support
• Offer dedicated support lead as primary liaison
