• Must have a minimum of 5 years City-specific public sector experience

• Develop an Economic Development Strategic Plan with a five-to-seven-year outlook
• Conduct stakeholder outreach meetings with city officials and economic development organizations
• Complete a Situational Assessment identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
• Identify projects and programs for the City to implement
• Provide on-call economic development services in various technical areas
• Assist with special projects including data collection, analysis, and policy recommendations
• Support small business programs and targeted business expansion efforts
• Analyze development regulations and propose modifications for permit streamlining
• Develop outdoor dining programs and support tourism industry development
