The buyer seeks a qualified firm to provide brand development, marketing strategies, communications, advertising, content development, graphic design, and community engagement services. The goal is to attract new companies, help existing companies expand, and position Mesa as a premier business location. The selected contractor will develop strategies for industry segments, refresh the Office of Economic Development brand, and create marketing campaigns for business districts.

• Minimum of five years of experience in providing all services outlined in Scope of Work
• Agencies located within the Phoenix metropolitan area are preferred

• Develop and implement strategies for up to six industry segments
• Refresh and implement Office of Economic Development brand
• Create brand development and marketing for business districts
• Develop regional awareness strategy to promote Mesa
• Provide content development and copywriting services
• Design collateral materials including brochures, ads, and presentations
• Conduct media planning, buying, and management
• Perform research, measurement, and analytics for campaigns
• Develop social media and digital marketing strategies
• Manage project budgets and provide regular reporting
