Market Development Support for Clean and Resilient Buildings and Large-Scale Thermal

The buyer seeks qualified firms to provide technical, supply chain, project and program design support for clean and resilient buildings and large-scale thermal market development initiatives. Services are needed in four key categories: supply chain support, project design and development, program design and technical support, and data collection and analysis. The goal is to help achieve aggressive energy and emission-reduction goals by 2030 in alignment with New York's Climate Act.

- Provide supply chain support for large-scale thermal systems
- Assist with project design, development, permitting, operations and commissioning
- Support program design and provide technical assistance
- Conduct data collection, analysis, and measurement & verification services
- Develop strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions
- Assess project and program performance
- Advise on improvements to clean energy programs
- Research and advise on advancements in thermal energy storage and waste heat recovery
- Perform market and technical analysis to inform policy and programs
- Develop approaches to attract private capital to large-scale thermal projects
