- Must have an active SAM.gov registration
- Must be enrolled in BIA's ASAP system with a Recipient ID
- Implement a tribal tourism project based on community needs
- Showcase tribal heritage, traditions, and culture to increase tourism
- Develop tracking mechanisms to measure tourism goals and project success
- Incorporate local entrepreneurs and businesses into the tourism project
- Create project deliverables to increase tourism and visitor experience
