• Be a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit or equivalent tax-exempt organization
• Have minimum 5 years experience working with disadvantaged youth
• Demonstrate history of successful program delivery and measurable outcomes
• Be located in and serve disadvantaged communities in Bakersfield
• Have detailed capital improvement project plan with clear goals and timeline

• Renovate facilities for youth development programs
• Upgrade technology for youth-serving organizations
• Acquire property for youth program expansion
• Enhance program spaces for youth services
• Implement capital improvement projects in disadvantaged communities
