Buyer seeks a qualified firm to provide property management and event management services for North Coast Harbor. The successful contractor will be responsible for maintaining, marketing, and securing the area year-round. Services include property maintenance, event planning, security, and vendor management. The contract term is for one year with three one-year renewal options.

• 10/16/2024 - Pre-Proposal Conference
• 10/18/2024 - Last Day to Submit Provider Questions
• 10/23/2024 - Publish RFP Addendum
• 10/31/2024 - Proposal Due Date

• Five or more years of continuous experience in property management and maintenance for outdoor facilities
• Five or more years of continuous experience in planning and management of special events
• Possess all applicable licenses, certificates, permits or other authorizations required
• Authorized to conduct business in the State of Ohio, County of Cuyahoga and Cleveland

• Develop and implement comprehensive property management and maintenance plan
• Develop and implement inclusive marketing and promotional plan
• Provide oversight for special events including vendor selection and permit approvals
• Provide security and safety services before, during, and after events
• Track and account for expenses associated with different service components
• Establish high levels of professionalism and customer service
• Maintain and clean public spaces, furniture, and landscaping
• Organize and execute annual comprehensive special events calendar
• Coordinate activities with City's Special Events and NCH Stakeholders
• Collect rents and fees from vendors on behalf of the Department
