Buyer seeks a consultant to develop a comprehensive Parks Master Plan for Foster Field Complex and a newly acquired parcel. The plan will guide development and management of the parks to meet community needs. Buyer requires expertise in park planning, community engagement, sustainable design, and implementation strategies. The consultant will conduct site analysis, gather public input, create design concepts, and produce a detailed master plan document.

• 10/15/2024 - Optional Site Visit
• 10/31/2024 - Proposal Due Date

• Licensed Landscape Architect or Engineer with 10 years experience in park master plans
• Certified Park & Recreation Professional with 10 years experience in park management

• Conduct needs assessment and community engagement
• Perform site analysis of existing and new park parcels
• Develop conceptual designs for park facilities
• Create comprehensive Parks Master Plan document
• Provide implementation and maintenance recommendations
• Develop new Tri-Party Agreement for park management
• Incorporate sustainable design principles
• Engage stakeholders throughout planning process
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and phased implementation plan
• Present final plan to Township Board of Supervisors
