The buyer seeks Equity Partners to assist Massachusetts communities with embedding environmental justice, equity, and community engagement into climate resilience planning. Partners will collaborate with municipal staff and community liaisons to identify vulnerabilities, update resilience priorities, and develop climate resilience projects. The program focuses on building social resilience and connecting with vulnerable populations. Equity Partners will provide training, guidance, and support throughout the planning and project development process.
