The vendor will analyze data from various sources, evaluate existing resources, and provide recommendations. The final report will be presented to governing bodies in a user-friendly format.

• Demonstrated experience developing Community Needs Assessments for educational or social services programs
• Experience working with Native Communities

• Conduct Community Needs Assessment for eligible children and families
• Analyze data from Target Population and key Community Stakeholders
• Identify unmet needs and service gaps in the Community
• Assess education, health, nutrition and social service needs
• Evaluate childcare and early education resources and needs
• Provide recommendations for critical services and prioritization
• Present findings to Salt River Schools Education Board and Tribal Council
