• Experience working with electrification technologies
• Strong knowledge of State and local building codes
• Experience communicating with regional distributors and equipment manufacturers

• Participate in quarterly focus groups on decarbonization programs and workforce initiatives
• Review and provide feedback on proposed decarbonization programs
• Offer input on feasibility of electrification policies
• Provide technical guidance on selection and implementation of electrification technologies
• Evaluate emerging technologies for residential electrification
• Identify barriers for contractors to install electrification technologies at scale
• Discuss interactions with stakeholders about residential building electrification
• Contribute to developing contractor engagement model for two-way information flow
• Review materials and provide feedback between meetings
• Participate in additional ad-hoc focus groups or surveys as requested
