- Strong experience performing solar energy site assessments including structural analysis
- Strong experience with economic analysis for governmental units
- Strong experience related to electrical engineering design
- Experience with feasibility evaluation, construction documents, or Power Purchase Agreements for solar installations
- Evaluate solar PV potential for 6 city facilities
- Conduct technical analysis and risk assessment for each site
- Perform economic analysis including cost estimates and payback periods
- Review applicable regulations and utility requirements
- Provide recommendations on system size and ownership options
- Present findings to City Council
