Buyer seeks a contractor to provide event planning, management, and fundraising services for its annual events over a 12-month period, with potential for renewal up to five years. The primary focus is on planning and executing the new Carp Hunt event, while also supporting other ULA events. The contractor will be responsible for fundraising, event coordination, media relations, and increasing community engagement with Utah Lake initiatives.

• Develop and implement fundraising strategy for Carp Hunt and other events
• Plan and manage Carp Hunt and support other ULA events
• Coordinate with event partners and sponsors
• Develop and execute media outreach and publicity plans
• Create promotional materials and update event websites
• Organize volunteers for event logistics
• Present Carp Hunt summary to ULA Governing Board
• Increase visibility and attendance of ULA events
• Expand collaborative efforts with stakeholders and partners
• Manage financial aspects of events in coordination with ULA staff
