The buyer seeks to engage a panel of pre-qualified sustainability consultants. Consultants will provide services on an on-call basis in three categories: Landscape Design and Biodiversity, Building Decarbonization and Energy Analysis, and Zero Waste and Materials Management. The buyer encourages consultants with relevant expertise to submit proposals on one, multiple, or all categories. The anticipated contract term is three years with an option to extend for up to 12 additional months.

• 11/5/2024 - Deadline to Submit Questions
• 11/8/2024 - BPCA's Response to Substantive Questions
• 11/18/2024 - Proposal Due Date
• 12/2/2024 - Proposer Shortlist Interviews

• Must have an office in, or within 90 miles of, New York State
• Must be lawfully authorized to do business in New York State
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in sustainability, architectural, landscape, or engineering consulting

• Provide landscape design and biodiversity consulting
• Analyze building decarbonization and energy usage
• Develop zero waste and materials management strategies
• Conduct sustainability audits and feasibility studies
• Create educational programs on deep energy retrofits
• Advise on green lease expertise
• Perform building-level and open space waste audits
• Manage construction and demolition waste
• Design behavior change campaigns for waste minimization
• Provide technical support and advisory services on sustainability initiatives
