• Experience conducting social science research using IRB process for minimum three years
• Facilities and resources to conduct interviews, surveys, and research activities
• Ability to obtain minimum insurance requirements
• Free from legal and regulatory matters preventing fulfillment of agreement terms
• Ensure Level II background check clearances for employees working with children

• Conduct strategic planning workshops within 60 days of contract execution
• Work with Pinellas County Schools to identify and engage disengaged youth
• Conduct in-person interviews, focus groups, and surveys with disengaged youth
• Analyze data to identify trends and effective engagement strategies
• Develop specific, actionable recommendations for engaging and retaining disengaged youth
• Create outreach strategies including community plans and social media engagement
• Provide quarterly reports on marketing, outreach, and project progress
• Establish a data sharing plan with relevant stakeholders
• Create a peer-to-peer education campaign for ongoing engagement
• Deliver a final report summarizing research findings and recommended actions
