The buyer is seeking an experienced Event Management Company to coordinate all aspects of execution for annual events sponsored by Child Welfare Services. The contractor will be responsible for planning and managing 3-5 events per year, each hosting approximately 75-150 persons. Services include venue selection, vendor management, on-site supervision, and post-event reporting. The buyer anticipates awarding one contract as a result of this Request for Proposals.

• Proven capability to perform work on schedule and with quality
• Knowledge and experience relevant to implementing event logistics
• Creative meeting/event planning experience, specifically within County/City Government
• Experience working with non-profit organizations

• Coordinate all aspects of execution for CWS-sponsored events
• Develop and manage event planning timeline and budget
• Identify and contract with appropriate venues
• Manage selection and contracting of service vendors
• Provide on-site supervision and event flow management
• Create and distribute collateral materials
• Conduct post-event analysis and reporting
