The buyer seeks a qualified digital media agency to serve as its paid and organic digital media contractor of record. The selected contractor will collaborate with the buyer to create digital media marketing strategies and campaigns. The goal is to promote the buyer's program offerings, maximize enrollment and retention, and generate a positive brand image with the public and targeted audiences. The contract focuses on reaching diverse communities including women, Hispanic, African American, AAPI, foster youth, and LGBTQ+ audiences ages 18 through 25.
