- Administer and operate homelessness prevention, diversion, and rapid rehousing/exit services
- Provide housing relocation and stabilization services
- Offer financial assistance for rental deposits, utility payments, and other housing-related costs
- Conduct assessments to determine eligibility and appropriate services
- Participate in local Homeless Management Information System and Continuum of Care
- Provide case management and housing stability services
- Conduct outreach and engage with potential program participants
- Collaborate with landlords and negotiate on behalf of program participants
- Manage program budget and track expenditures
- Submit regular reports on program outcomes and performance metrics
