Buyer seeks qualified network technology vendors to propose turnkey, scalable solutions for improving the City's public Wi-Fi infrastructure. The project aims to provide free, accessible Wi-Fi to close the digital divide in underserved communities. Buyer intends to select up to five vendors to install fully deployed, permanent solutions using multiple wireless network technologies. Solutions will be evaluated for potential citywide or expanded implementation in the future.
