Connecticut General Assembly

The buyer seeks a contractor to provide engineering, production, and distribution services for the Connecticut Network (CT-N). The contractor will be responsible for covering legislative sessions, public hearings, and other government proceedings. They must produce and air live programming, maintain the CT-N website, and manage network carriage agreements. The buyer requires technical expertise in equipment procurement and maintenance, as well as archiving capabilities.

• 11/18/2024 - Answers & Amendments to RFP
• 11/25/2024 - Proposal Due Date

• Demonstrate at least five years of experience performing work similar to that listed in the Scope of Work

• Provide engineering, production, and distribution services for CT-N
• Cover legislative sessions, public hearings, and committee meetings
• Produce and air live weekly programming
• Maintain and update CT-N website content
• Provide coverage of Executive and Judicial branch proceedings
• Manage network carriage and channel use agreements
• Operate electronic news gathering equipment for press conferences
• Archive all aired CT-N programming
• Provide technical assistance for equipment procurement and maintenance
• Submit monthly management reports to the CGA
