The buyer seeks a vendor to provide strategic outreach and communication services for the QUEST Dislocated Worker Grant program. The vendor will develop and conduct comprehensive outreach campaigns to reach historically marginalized communities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Services include media production, distribution, and community outreach activities across Maui County. The goal is to inform eligible participants about available services and refer them to the Maui American Job Center.

• 11/25/2024 - Proposal Due Date
• 12/2/2024 - Vendor Selection/Program Start Date

• Develop comprehensive outreach and recruitment activities using mixed media
• Provide media production and distribution services including creative development
• Produce minimum of 5 videos representing Maui American Job Center
• Conduct social media and traditional media buys
• Refer at least 100 participants to Maui American Job Center
• Schedule community outreach activities on Maui, Moloka'i, and Lana'i
• Meet monthly with County and QUEST staff to evaluate outreach activities
