Dawson County Purchasing Department

Buyer is seeking a contractor to provide youth sports and event photography services for the Parks and Recreation Department. The contractor will be responsible for photographing team and individual sports sessions, as well as other sponsored events. Services include setting up sessions, providing order forms, delivering packages, and resolving customer concerns. The contract is commission-revenue based and includes various sports seasons throughout the year.

• Must have past experience with posed Youth Sports and Event Photography
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must provide minimum of two professional photographers for sporting sessions
• Must be able to provide all necessary equipment and staff

• Provide photography services for youth sports teams and individuals
• Photograph other sponsored events and activities as requested
• Set up photography sessions on Dawson County Government property
• Provide order forms and distribute to coaches
• Deliver photography packages within 3 weeks of each session
• Submit sales volume reports to Parks and Recreation Department
• Offer makeup/retake days for each sporting activity
• Provide on-site printing for certain events
• Provide Santa/Easter Bunny in traditional attire for specific events
• Resolve service and product concerns directly with customers
