Buyer seeks to support entrepreneurship among immigrants and Limited English Proficient individuals facing significant employment barriers. The grant will provide micro-grants, entrepreneurial training, and technical assistance to help target populations start or maintain small businesses in California. • Must be a nonprofit community-based organization (CBO)

• Provide micro-grants to immigrant and LEP entrepreneurs
• Deliver entrepreneurial training to target populations
• Offer technical assistance for starting or maintaining small businesses
• Conduct community outreach to SEED target populations
• Support businesses addressing social problems or community needs
• Develop program components for SEED initiative
• Implement SEED program components through nonprofit CBOs
• Assist entrepreneurs in overcoming significant employment barriers
• Facilitate business creation aimed at community improvement
• Provide support services for immigrant and LEP business owners
