- Offer homeowner stabilization services
- Connect homeowners to supportive services and programs
- Report servicing and foreclosure rescue scams to authorities
- Provide post-resolution or post-foreclosure counseling
- Conduct outreach on financial capability and homeownership topics
- Assist with loan modification applications

- Submit regular case level data reports on service performance
