Ozark Regional Transit

Buyer seeks proposals for exclusive transit advertising services on its bus fleet. The successful proposer will manage the sale, installation, and maintenance of advertisements on interior and exterior bus spaces. Buyer requires a revenue-sharing model based on a percentage of advertising sales. The contract term is for two years with two possible two-year extensions.

• Minimum of five years experience in advertising sales business
• Demonstrate ability to fulfill contract obligations
• Ability to acquire national advertising contracts
• Operate sales program to produce maximum advertising income for ORT

• Sell advertising space on exterior and interior of ORT buses
• Install and maintain advertising signs on buses
• Develop pricing structure for advertising spaces
• Provide monthly revenue reports and remittances to ORT
• Manage national and local advertising contracts
• Ensure advertisements comply with ORT's content guidelines
• Offer discounts to non-profit organizations and advertising agencies
• Remove outdated or rejected advertisements promptly
• Maintain a staffed office accessible to ORT employees
• Transfer active advertising contracts to ORT upon contract expiration
