Student Marketing Campaign
The University of Alabama in Huntsville
The buyer is planning a recruitment campaign to introduce the University to new potential students in Alabama and Tennessee. The campaign will target undergraduate and graduate students and parents/guardians in specific cities. It will utilize various media channels including social media, television, out of home advertising, billboards and digital communication. The buyer seeks a contractor to develop and implement the marketing campaign with a launch date in early 2025.

- Provide at least one verifiable reference regarding a University campaign led by the Proposer
- Develop concepts, design, messaging and production for multi-media tactics
- Create media planning and recommendations
- Conduct media buying and placement
- Perform post-buy analysis
- Provide mentoring and advising as needed
- Work collaboratively with Office of Marketing and Communications
- Seek approval prior to release of any advertisement
- Target undergraduate and graduate students and parents/guardians
- Utilize social media, television, out of home advertising, billboards and digital communication
- Launch campaign in early 2025
