• Minimum 10 years experience conducting comprehensive leisure travel analyses and preparing destination management plans
• Experience in data collection, venue analysis, and identifying opportunities for expanding leisure travel
• Experience analyzing trends, business connections, and economic impacts of leisure travel
• Experience quantifying estimated economic impact of travel destination management plans

• Analyze current leisure travel market conditions in Oro Valley and adjacent communities
• Identify target leisure travel audiences and effective marketing strategies
• Inventory and analyze leisure travel venues and assets
• Identify barriers and opportunities for creating a leisure travel strategy
• Develop a 5-year destination marketing and management plan
• Present findings and recommendations to Town staff and Council
