• Be a legally recognized entity
• Have proven track record of providing job readiness training to Opportunity Youth
• Have capacity to enhance current programs within 12-18 months

• Provide job readiness training for Opportunity Youth aged 16-24
• Offer work-based learning experiences including paid internships and job shadowing
• Deliver support services like transportation assistance and childcare
• Provide mental health support and counseling services
• Track and report on participant outcomes and program performance metrics
• Collaborate with local employers to create employment opportunities
• Assist youth in obtaining industry-recognized credentials
• Conduct outreach and recruitment of eligible Opportunity Youth
• Provide 12 months of follow-up services after program completion
• Develop individualized service plans for each participant
