Buyer seeks professional services for Grant Administration of a FY 2024 Massachusetts CDBG grant. The project includes Church Avenue Reconstruction and general administration. Buyer requires a CDBG Community Development Director, Program Manager, and Administrative Assistant. The grant is awarded by the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities. Proposals for one or more services are accepted, with preference for comprehensive proposals.

• Provide CDBG Community Development Director services
• Serve as CDBG Program Manager
• Act as CDBG Administrative Assistant
• Assist in administration and implementation of the grant
• Oversee Church Avenue Reconstruction – Phase 1 project
• Manage general administration of the MCDBG grant
• Ensure compliance with federal and state statutes
• Encourage Section 3, minority, and women-owned business participation
• Coordinate with Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities
• Prepare and submit required reports and documentation
