Las Virgenes Municipal Water District

Buyer seeks a consultant to provide construction outreach and general outreach services for the Pure Water Project Las Virgenes-Triunfo. The project will create a new locally-sourced drinking water supply by 2028. Services include planning tasting events, developing construction outreach plans, creating informational materials, and providing on-call outreach assistance. The consultant will help educate the community about the project and its impacts.

• 2/28/2025 - Coffee Brew/Hot Chocolate Tasting Event
• 4/30/2025 - Project Construction Outreach Plan

• Ability to execute standard Professional Services Agreement
• Comply with District's insurance requirements
• Experience with public outreach services for large infrastructure construction projects
• Experience with event planning
• Experience with purified recycled water outreach desirable but not required

• Plan and manage Pure Water tasting events for beer, coffee, and hot chocolate
• Develop outreach plan for education and information dissemination about construction impacts
• Create outreach brochure for pipeline and facility construction
• Provide 'on call' services including video creation, graphic design, and emergency outreach
• Assist with setting up and managing hybrid town hall meetings
• Staff community events the JPA participates in
