• Provide strategic direction and implement market development programs
• Conduct consumer preference analysis in El Salvador and Honduras
• Coordinate and conduct 3 in-store promotions in El Salvador and Honduras
• Monitor and develop strategy for trade policy challenges and opportunities
• Design activities to increase understanding of U.S. dry beans by industry stakeholders
• Develop and maintain country-specific websites and social media platforms
• Monitor and report on crop developments in competitor markets
• Develop annual global trade team matrix and identify new trade events
• Submit monthly reports to USDBC Executive Director and Program Manager
• Assist with completion of Country Progress Report and Unified Export Strategy
