• Perform targeted outreach to potential SBIR/STTR program applicants
• Evaluate operating companies in Connecticut for SBIR/STTR program fit
• Coordinate support and implementation of the FAST program
• Identify commercialization potential of startups for SBIR/STTR program
• Track and report on CT-based program participation metrics
• Handle administration for FAST National SBIR Conference reimbursements
• Compile and submit FAST quarterly reports for the SBA
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about the program
• Manage manual and electronic file documentation
• Perform tasks as requested by FAST manager
