Buyer encourages partnerships and teams consisting of DHHL beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries to apply.

  • 10/17/2024 - Optional orientation session 2
  • 10/22/2024 - Deadline to submit questions
  • 12/2/2024 - Proposal Due Date
  • Demonstrate majority of organization's clients/participants are native Hawaiian beneficiaries of HHCA
  • Have IRS tax-exempt nonprofit status or be registered as nonprofit under Chapter 414D or 421J, HRS
  • Provide Certificate of Vendor Compliance from State of Hawaii
  • Improve existing projects, programs, and services for homestead communities
  • Improve existing community facilities on Hawaiian Home Lands
  • Promote healthy and thriving native Hawaiian homestead communities
  • Implement homestead community visions as articulated in DHHL Regional Plans
  • Provide benefits to DHHL homestead lessees
