The buyer seeks to contract with an individual, firm, team, or organization to assist justice-involved individuals and those recovering from substance abuse addiction to reenter society and obtain meaningful employment. The project is part of the Northern New Mexico Workforce Integrated Network, funded by a federal Good Jobs Challenge grant. Services include outreach, case management, housing assistance, and coordination with the WIN team for job placement and supportive services. The buyer aims to transform and diversify the regional economy by building a robust workforce in Healthcare and Skilled Trades.

• Outreach to identify potential participants at jails, prisons, and substance abuse recovery centers
• Participant intake and intensive case management services
• Procure personal identification and legal documents for participants
• Arrange housing, preferably monitored sober housing near employment
• Provide ongoing supportive services and referrals
• Deliver soft skills training
• Coordinate with WIN team for job readiness, placement, and supportive services
• Offer other services required for successful reentry
