FY 2025-2026 Community Enhancement Grant

The buyer is seeking proposals for community enhancement grant funding to support public services for low- and moderate-income persons and neighborhoods. - Must have attended at least one information session
- Must request funding between $20,000 and $50,000
- Must serve income-eligible persons (51% of persons served have income less than 80% AMI)
- Provide public services for low- and moderate-income persons and neighborhoods
- Assist households with successfully exiting homelessness
- Provide job training services
- Offer youth tutoring and gang prevention programs
- Provide substance abuse prevention and treatment services
- Offer counseling services
- Provide childcare services
- Offer services for older adults
