The buyer is seeking proposals for community enhancement grant funding to support public services for low- and moderate-income persons and neighborhoods. • Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
• Must have attended at least one information session
• Must request funding between $20,000 and $50,000
• Must serve income-eligible persons (51% of persons served have income less than 80% AMI)

• Provide public services for low- and moderate-income persons and neighborhoods
• Assist households with successfully exiting homelessness
• Provide job training services
• Offer youth tutoring and gang prevention programs
• Provide substance abuse prevention and treatment services
• Offer counseling services
• Provide childcare services
• Offer services for older adults
