• Two team members with active professional license in real estate, economic development, or planning
• 25 years combined experience in real estate and economic development
• 15 years combined experience in airport-specific real estate and economic development
• Continuous licensing in Florida as Professional Planning firm for last 5 years
• Completed five projects of similar scope and complexity within last 5 years

• Develop targeted marketing strategies for business attraction and retention
• Facilitate communication among community groups and agencies regarding economic initiatives
• Represent SAA's interests with regional economic development agencies
• Conduct public meetings and project presentations to interested businesses
• Analyze and recommend changes to existing Airport policies and practices
• Identify grant funding opportunities and manage grant proposals
• Ensure alignment with SAA's Strategic Real Estate Plan
• Provide strategies to compete internationally
• Collect and analyze economic and demographic data for potential clients
• Monitor legislation related to economic development
