Statewide Access Fund Administrator

Buyer seeks a Contractor to administer the Access for All Program in geographic areas not served by a Local Access Fund Administrator. The program aims to incentivize expansion of on-demand wheelchair accessible vehicle transportation for people with disabilities statewide. The Contractor will develop local WAV programs, select Access Providers, obligate funds, and submit reports to the CPUC. The role includes managing administrative tasks, conducting surveys, and coordinating with stakeholders to improve accessibility of transportation services.

- Five or more years of successful relevant management experience
- Five or more years of successful relevant program and project management experience
- Four or more years of successful relevant Supervisor experience
- Develop process for Access Provider solicitation
- Select Access Providers to receive Access Fund moneys
- Obligate available Access Fund moneys to selected Access Providers
- Submit consolidated quarterly reports to CPUC
- Assist CPED with multiple progress reports
- Conduct surveys of program awareness in all counties
- Administer Access for All Program in areas not served by LAFA
- Develop local WAV programs by contracting with eligible Access Providers
- Track and report administrative expenditures quarterly
- Liquidate moneys to Access Providers within one year of obligation
