On-Call Planning and Technical Services
Lowell Regional Transit Authority
The buyer seeks to engage a qualified firm to provide on-call multi-disciplinary services for transit planning and technical assistance. The contract is for a two-year period with three one-year optional extensions. Work will be performed through individual task orders as needed. Services include fixed route and demand response analysis, service promotion, schedule optimization, and public engagement activities. The buyer requires assistance with federal and state reporting, grant applications, and service expansion planning.

- Assist with service expansion in member and potential new communities
- Provide federal and state reporting assistance
- Assist with grant applications and funding source education
- Conduct public outreach and engagement for service changes
