Services include affordable housing administration, legal counsel, auditing, planning, financial advising, and court representation. Buyer requires experienced professionals in multiple disciplines to support municipal operations and compliance with state regulations.

• Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey
• Minimum of five years experience in relevant field
• Must be a member of Affordable Housing Professionals of New Jersey
• Must be a New Jersey Licensed Professional Planner
• Must be NJ RMA certified

• Provide affordable housing rehabilitation plan administration
• Offer legal consulting services for affordable housing compliance
• Perform auditing services as a registered municipal accountant
• Serve as township planner and provide planning advice
• Act as financial advisor for fiscal matters and debt issuance
• Serve as bond counsel for financial transactions
• Prosecute cases in municipal court
• Provide public defender services in municipal court
• Represent the township in labor-related legal matters
• Assist with tax appeals and real property tax issues
