Buyer seeks qualified developer partners for mixed income/use developments. The selected developers will implement comprehensive redevelopment or rehabilitation plans for financing multi-family developments. Developers will be responsible for design, master planning, financing, pre-development and final development activities. Buyer aims to change the face of affordable and attainable housing opportunities in the community.

- Developed at least three affordable multifamily properties in Texas
- Experience with TDHCA and 9% deals and 4% HTC/tax exempt bond financing
- Prior experience working in public/private partnership with public housing authority
- Experience developing Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) portfolio
- Develop architectural plans consistent with federal, state and local guidelines
- Prepare Low Income Housing Tax Credit application for TDHCA
- Coordinate development activities, including reporting and budget requirements
- Develop and implement a Section 3 resident employment program
- Oversee construction and ensure timely completion
- Identify opportunities for new construction or acquisition
- Undertake pre-development activities including site scoring and environmental reviews
- Obtain and/or provide additional leveraged funds from private sources
- Develop a project budget and manage implementation schedule
- Assist in preparation of Mixed-Income proposals and evidentiary materials
