• Develop a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan meeting US DOT requirements
• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify high-risk areas and safety issues
• Engage community stakeholders and incorporate public feedback
• Create prioritization matrix for transportation infrastructure projects
• Develop education programs to promote safer travel
• Prepare budget-level cost estimates for recommended projects
