The buyer seeks to contract with multiple vendors to provide computer based training services through vendor-hosted, web-based CBT programs. The services will be utilized by various State of Kansas agencies and political subdivisions. The buyer desires to establish a pool of vendors who can provide grouped and economically priced CBT services covering a wide range of topics to meet the needs of a varied workforce.

• Minimum of five years continuous active participation in the applicable industry
• Provide services comparable in size and complexity to those specified

• Provide web-based computer based training (CBT) services
• Offer courses covering business, healthcare, IT, and other topics
• Ensure ADA compliance and SCORM/AICC compatibility
• Integrate with agency Learning Management Systems
• Provide course competency mapping and reporting capabilities
