Buyer is seeking a benefits consultant with extensive experience in data analysis and reporting. The consultant will help the buyer understand its options, forecast plan design changes, and access important information on trends for both employer-provided benefits and student health insurance plan. The buyer reserves the right to award services for employer-provided benefits and the student health plan jointly or separately. The contract must begin by July 1, 2025.

• Provide extensive data analysis and reporting on benefits options
• Forecast plan design changes for employer-provided benefits
• Analyze trends impacting decision-making for employee and student health insurance
• Offer consulting services for employer-provided benefits
• Provide guidance on student health insurance plan options
• Assist in understanding and evaluating various benefits options
• Present important information on industry trends affecting benefits decisions
• Support decision-making processes for both employee and student health plans
• Potentially manage separate contracts for employer benefits and student health plan
• Begin contract services by July 1, 2025
