• Strong experience in higher education website design and development
• Ability to provide at least three higher education customer references

• Design and develop a new open-source public-facing website
• Implement an open source content management system with block-based templating
• Conduct discovery, strategy, design, build, and content migration phases
• Provide cloud-hosting services and managed services for regular maintenance
• Integrate with College's digital academic learning systems and payment processing vendors
• Conduct full SEO analysis and implement recommendations
• Ensure website meets accessibility guidelines and security requirements
• Provide training on CMS for content owners and managers
• Migrate existing content to new website
• Offer post-launch technical support and maintenance
