The buyer is seeking reviewers to evaluate applications from multidistrict online school programs and online course providers. Reviewers will participate in training, review and score applications, and provide feedback on programs being considered for approval. The work will support the buyer's efforts to ensure quality, access, and equity in online learning options for K-12 students in Washington state.

• Licensed to do business in Washington State
• 3.5 years experience in online courses
• School, program, or course evaluation experience

• Complete reviewer training on application materials and review protocol
• Review and score applications from online school programs and course providers
• Participate in review discussions and meetings via Zoom
• Prepare accurate reviews using standardized forms provided by OSPI
• Adhere to scoring rubric to measure evidence in applications
• Maintain confidentiality of application materials throughout review process
